本機為雙輥式水磨砂光機，借助噴水裝置和水循環(huán)系統(tǒng)，采用濕法砂光，對金屬類和石材表面進行拉絲拋光處理。采用特定材料及工藝制作的軟性膠輥，研磨砂光力度容易控制，準確度高，性能穩(wěn)定。光電元件、擺動氣缸、電器件、軸承等都經(jīng)過防水、防銹處理，使用壽命更高。裝有過載、氣壓過低、漏電、跑帶、缺相等保護，以上任何一種出現(xiàn)故障，設備都會自動停止，并緊急制動，確保生產(chǎn)安全。
