本機(jī)為雙輥式水磨砂光機(jī)，借助噴水裝置和水循環(huán)系統(tǒng)，采用濕法砂光，對(duì)金屬類和石材表面進(jìn)行拉絲拋光處理。采用特殊材料及工藝制作的軟性膠輥，研磨砂光力度容易控制，精確度高，性能穩(wěn)定。光電元件、擺動(dòng)氣缸、電器件、軸承等都經(jīng)過(guò)防水、防銹處理，使用壽命更高。裝有過(guò)載、氣壓過(guò)低、漏電、跑帶、缺相等保護(hù)，以上任何一種出現(xiàn)故障，設(shè)備都會(huì)自動(dòng)停止，并緊急制動(dòng)，保證生產(chǎn)安全。

The soft rubber roller made by special material and process, the grinding and sanding strength is easy to control, high precision and stable perbance.
