SW1000R-R-R金屬水磨砂光生產(chǎn)線

應(yīng)客戶(hù)需要，我公司在2019年研發(fā)制造了該套新型金屬水磨砂光生產(chǎn)線。生產(chǎn)線采用先進(jìn)的濕法金屬砂光設(shè)備，該設(shè)備可對(duì)各種金屬板材（如不銹鋼板，鋼板，鋁板，鎂板等）進(jìn)行精細(xì)砂光和表面磨紋處理。既有效去除板材原有的雜紋，銹跡、斑點(diǎn)、輕微劃痕，雜質(zhì)及毛刺等，又可進(jìn)一步表面拋光打磨處理，加工后的板材更有質(zhì)感，提升產(chǎn)品品質(zhì)，亮麗如新。

考慮金屬材質(zhì)的特性，容易沾染灰塵、易氧化、易劃傷，所以砂光處理后需隨即進(jìn)行有效保護(hù)。根據(jù)這一特性，該生產(chǎn)線巧妙地將金屬砂光和圓盤(pán)打磨和烘干連線結(jié)合在一起，全自動(dòng)操作，一次成型。設(shè)計(jì)理念科學(xué)、工藝先進(jìn)，有效解決鈑金類(lèi)工件深加工難題。主機(jī)設(shè)備采用1000mm三砂架設(shè)計(jì)，不同目數(shù)細(xì)砂紙由粗到細(xì)依次精細(xì)砂光，砂光精度高，可調(diào)可控。鍍鉻工藝表面處理砂架和工作室，防水防銹，耐用。特制海綿輪圓盤(pán)打磨拋光系統(tǒng)往復(fù)擺動(dòng)，交叉無(wú)縫隙打磨拋光對(duì)工件表面磨砂成紋，工藝獨(dú)特。后經(jīng)瞬即烘干出成品。In response to customer needs, our company developed and manufactured this new set of bl water scrub sanding production line in 2019. The production line adopts advanced wet bl sanding equipment, which can perb fine sanding and surface grinding on various bl plates (such as stainless steel plates, steel plates, aluminum plates, magnesium plates, etc.). It not only effectively removes the original miscellaneous lines, rust, spots, slight scratches, impurities and burrs of the plate, but also further surface polishing and polishing.

Considering the particularity of bl materials, it is easy to be contaminated with dust, easy to oxidize, and easy to be scratched, so it needs to be effectively protected immediaby after sanding. According to this feature, the production line cleverly combines bl sanding with disc grinding and drying lines, fully automatic operation, one-time bing. The design concept is scientific and the technology is advanced, which effectively solves the problem of deep processing of sheet bl workpieces. The host equipment adopts 1000mm three-sand frame design, fine sandpaper with different mesh numbers is finely sanded in order from coarse to fine, the sanding precision is high, and it is adjustable and controllable. Chrome-plated surface treatment sand rack and studio, waterproof and rust-proof, high-grade and durable. The special sponge wheel disc grinding and polishing system oscillates back and forth, and the cross-free grinding and polishing grinds the surface of the workpiece into grain, and the process is unique. After instant drying, the finished product is obtained.

結(jié)構(gòu)配置

1、 西門(mén)子電氣件弱點(diǎn)控制，穩(wěn)定耐用。

2、 PLC顯示屏智能控制系統(tǒng)，操作簡(jiǎn)單直觀。

3、 自動(dòng)測(cè)量進(jìn)料厚度，工作臺(tái)自動(dòng)讀取所測(cè)量厚度值并升降到對(duì)應(yīng)位置。

4、 軸承、光電等主要部位采取防水處理，延長(zhǎng)設(shè)備使用壽命。

5、 輥筒采用不同硬度的偏心膠輥，調(diào)整更方便。

6、 三砂架重型設(shè)計(jì)，穩(wěn)定性高。

7、 大功率電機(jī)，動(dòng)力足，不卡機(jī)。

8、 減速機(jī)用變頻調(diào)速，既保護(hù)電機(jī)，還可靈活靈活調(diào)整進(jìn)料速度。

9、 光感急停裝置。

10、 海綿輥熱風(fēng)風(fēng)干除塵系統(tǒng)。

11、 自動(dòng)排廢過(guò)濾系統(tǒng)。

簡(jiǎn)要流程介紹如下：

Work flow is as below:

1. 三砂架水砂設(shè)計(jì)，對(duì)金屬表面砂光。三道砂光，每道目數(shù)不同（參考目數(shù)可以采用80目，120目和320目，目數(shù)可調(diào)），先重砂后輕砂，既保證加工精度和加工效果，又保護(hù)工件避免不必要的傷害。

Three sanding frame design to sand surface of bl plate. Each sanding belt grit is different (please refer to grits of 80, 120 and 300. Grit size is adjustable.). First sand heavily, then slight sand. It not only guarantee sanding precision and effect, but also protect work piece from unnecessary damage.

2. 然后通過(guò)海綿輥筒吸附清理板材表面上由水砂產(chǎn)生的粉塵或雜質(zhì)，板材上下兩面再同時(shí)通過(guò)吹干機(jī)加熱烘干。

Then use sponge roller to absorb and clean powder and dirt substance on the surface of bl plate coming from water sanding. Then both sides of bl plates are dried immediaby by hot wind.

3. 3M圓盤(pán)往復(fù)運(yùn)動(dòng)拋光打磨使工件表面形成亂紋，達(dá)到客戶(hù)要求的最終效果。

Finally 3M round disk reciprocate to move to get polished and grinded. Work piece surface will have grain to get final result required by customer.
